The Feast is a 1949 novel[1] by the British writerMargaret Kennedy.[2] It is a modern reworking of theseven deadly sins.[3] Her ninth novel, it was her first in more than a decade. It was aLiterary Guild choice in America.[4]

Synopsis

In aCornish coastalresort town alandslide of a nearbycliff buries a hotel, killing those inside but sparing those who have gone out on apicnic excursion.
