TheThailand national under-17 football team is the national team for the under-17 level, representingThailand in international football competitions in theFIFA U-17 World Cup,AFC U-17 Asian Cup andAFF U-16 Championship. It is controlled by theFootball Association of Thailand.[1][2]

Thailand wasAFC champions in1998 and three-timeAFF champions. Thailand has also managed to qualify for theFIFA U-17 World Cup in1997—becoming the first Southeast Asian team to qualify by merit to a FIFA tournament—and1999.[3]
