District 89 is a district in theTexas House of Representatives.[2] The district contains the southeastern portion ofCollin County, Texas. It contains the cities ofJosephine,Lavon,Lowry Crossing,Lucas,Nevada,Parker,St. Paul, and parts ofAllen,Dallas,Fairview,McKinney,Murphy,Plano,Princeton,Royse City, andWylie. The district has been represented byCandy Noble since 2019.[3]
