Tetrazolylglycine (Tet-Gly,LY-285,265) is a potent and selectiveNMDA receptoragonist, stimulating the NMDA receptor with higher potency than eitherglutamate orNMDA.[1] It is a potentconvulsant andexcitotoxin and is used in scientific research.[2][3]
