Terrebonne—Blainville (French pronunciation:[tɛʁbɔnblɛ̃vil]) was a federalelectoral district inQuebec, Canada, that was represented in theHouse of Commons of Canada from 1997 until 2015.

It was created in 1996 out of parts ofBlainville—Deux-Montagnes,Repentigny andJoliette ridings.

The2012 federal electoral boundaries redistribution saw the riding abolished intoTerrebonne,Thérèse-De Blainville andMirabel.[2]

Geography

The riding contains the towns ofBlainville etSainte-Anne-des-Plaines in the region ofLaurentides, and the town ofTerrebonne inLanaudière.

The neighbouring ridings areArgenteuil—Papineau—Mirabel,Rivière-du-Nord,Montcalm,Alfred-Pellan, andMarc-Aurèle-Fortin.
