TheTemplate:Space exploration lists and timelines was initially a good idea, trying to collect spaceflight-related articles by collecting their lists. However, it has been filled with less relevant topics, just notable for inclusion in that template for happening to being spaceflight-related lists (such asList of Mir spacewalks, notable indeed but I think there are many other articles deserving a look before going to that one). Therefore, I think we need a general spaceflight template. This template is a good idea, but it probably makes sense to pro-actively address the question implied above, i.e. "What are the criteria for inclusion of a topic in this template?" Is it, for example, somehow connected to the "spaceflight-importance" value in the corresponding{{WPSpace}} template? (sdsds -talk)23:13, 19 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
