Please change the link in the title to beIce hockey in North America so as to avoid any DAB concernsHenrygg98 (talk)16:55, 11 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
{{North America topic|Ice hockey in}} renders as:The result of the move request was:not moved. Wikipedia's definition of North America includes more than just the three countries of the US, Canada and Mexico, plus there'sTemplate:Americas topic for the full Americas. I see no reason to keep this move discussion open any longer.(closed by non-admin page mover)Skarmory(talk •contribs)17:58, 5 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Template:North America topic →Template:The Americas topicTemplate:The Americas topic – This doesn't just cover Canada, the U.S. and Mexico.Unreal7 (talk)13:45, 29 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Having just realised this is a non-standard template syntax after trying to fix it...is there a way to change this template so that its useage on topics that donot disambiguate subjects properly reflects it, when others (including the main topic) do? Example,Saba is a disambiguation page, whileSaba (island) is the one referred to here. But this template's use in{{Flags of North America}} means the link to Saba's flag doesn't display right when on that page, because it's atFlag of Saba, notFlag of Saba (island). Is there any way to work around this? -The BushrangerOne ping only05:35, 16 May 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Change the link for the text "United States" (in the Sovereign states section) to be toUnited States instead ofThe United States.
