@Drdisque:Note that the U.S.Office of Management and Budget definition of the Detroit Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA) includes St. Clair County (which has Port Huron) but doesnot include Washtenaw County (which includes Ann Arbor). See page 53/227 ofhttps://www.whitehouse.gov/wp-content/uploads/2018/09/Bulletin-18-04.pdf - Ann Arbor is in a separate MSA (seen on page 46/227) as is Flint (page 54/227).
However my understanding is if you use the Detroit Combined Statistical Area (see page 129/227) Adrian, Ann Arbor, Flint, and Monroe would be included. For this list I believe Wikipedians should choose between the MSA definition or the CSA definition (unless there's some other official definition by another agency?)WhisperToMe (talk)20:57, 18 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]
