I reformed a larger LAUSD template atTemplate:LAUSD. I believe thatWikipedia:Templates for deletion/Log/2006 September 10 is out of date for two reasons:

• Wikipedia practice keeps high schools but generally not primary and middle schools (unless something extraordinary is found), so the pool of potential articles is smaller
• Wikipedia templates have gotten larger since then.

Also much of the LAUSD school articles have been created already, so I don't see a much larger expansion possibility for this template.

Over the years the "region" LAUSD templates remained small, with some having only five or four articles linked. I feel that it's best to just merge them now.
