I corrected this template.I removed theBritish Overseas Territories from this template because they aren't outermost regions.I removedGreenland and theSpanish places of sovereignty as well because of the same reason as the BOT and addedSaint-Martin andSaint Barthélemy because theLisbon Treaty states that they are outermost regions.
