There are dozens of buildings that have been demolished that don't have articles yet, and I thought it prudent not to attempt to redlink them all. Why aren't the subheadings (i.e.located in or near Christchurch) capitalised?

Well, with most of them, you can read the heading and the subheading as forming a full sentence, e.g. "Earthquakes ... located in or near Christchurch".Schwede6604:40, 8 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]
