The template automatically uses the page name of the portal when placed on the page. To change this, use the|page= field, if needed, to point toInterwikimedia links other than the one named on the portal page.
If you need to point to theFoo Interwiki, but your Portal is namedPortal:Bar, then you would format the template as such:
