The{{Discussion top}} and{{Discussion bottom}} templates are used to close discussions on a talk page or a noticeboard.
When used on a talk page, these templatesshould only be used by uninvolved editors or administrators in conjunction with thetalk page guidelines and relevant advice atWikipedia:Refactoring. They should not be used byinvolved parties to end a discussion over the objections of other editors.
Place{{Discussion top}}below the header containing the discussion, then place{{Discussion bottom}} at the end of the discussion. A summary of the conclusions reached may be included as a parameter in the former.
Again:Place them below the header. Do not include the header, it will break archiving bots!
