NKT Arena Karlskrona is amulti-purpose sportingarena providing both indoors and outdoors amenities, and is located inKarlskrona,Sweden. The arena was opened on 28 October 2005.[2] It is the home arena of the ice hockey teamKarlskrona HK and has various restaurants.
The construction was divided into six venues forice hockey,curling,badminton,tennis,gymnastics,swimming, andhandball. During ice hockey events, the arena seats 5,050 spectators.[1]
The arena hosted the 3rdsemi-final of Melodifestivalen 2006 and the 4thsemi-final of Melodifestivalen 2008.
