Techiman North is one of theconstituencies represented in theParliament of Ghana. It elects oneMember of Parliament (MP) by thefirst past the post system of election.[1]Elizabeth Ofosu-Adjare is themember of parliament for the constituency. He was elected on theticket of theNational Democratic Congress (NDC) and won a majority of 2,139 votes[2] to become theMP. He succeeded Oti Garko who had also represented the constituency in the4th Republic parliament on theticket of theNational Democratic Congress (NDC)..
