Te Parau Tinito[1] (Tahitian for 'Chinese speech') is a moribundpidgin language spoken by ethnic Chinese inTahiti, primarily in the capitalPapeete. It is losing ground to Tahitian and French, and speakers are mostly elderly.[2]
