TheTamil Nadu Women's League is the top division of women'sfootball league in the Indianstate ofTamil Nadu. The League is organised by theTamil Nadu Football Association (TNFA), the official football governing body of the state.[1][2]
The state women's league was formulated during the tenure of Seeni Mohaideen, chairman of the women’s committee of the Tamil Nadu Football Association.[2] The inaugural tournament was held in the 2019–20 season and was won bySethu FC.[2][3][4]
The matches are usually held atJawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Chennai.
