Tamagawa (玉川町,Tamagawa-chō) was atown located inOchi District,Ehime Prefecture,Japan.

As of 2003, the town had an estimatedpopulation of 5,994 and adensity of 57.69 persons per km2. The total area was 103.90 km2.

On January 16, 2005, Sekizen, along with the towns ofHakata,Kamiura,Kikuma,Miyakubo,Namikata,Ōmishima,Ōnishi andYoshiumi, and the villages ofAsakura andSekizen (all fromOchi District), was merged into the expanded city ofImabari and no longer exists as an independentmunicipality.
