When searching for white phosphorus using the Wikipedia search bar, a suggested result shows "White phosphorus - Chemical compound." I'm not sure how to change the search result to indicate it is an element.Buzzbo (talk)21:25, 23 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
There is no mention of the horrible effects of white phosphorus inflicted on civilians during wars. (Similar to napalm but far worse - as it melts, it burns to the bone. Pictures should be included here.) It's use is also banned by most countries--but not the USA or Israel. Reports of WP use by Israel during the Gaza war is documented. I'll see what I can do about this.Wigandbean (talk)19:30, 8 August 2025 (UTC)[reply]
