In the msn article they are saying ibtimes published 12th place on Netflix for TKEM. Its not flixpatrol its Ibtimes. is IBtimes reliable or not? anyways its your wish to add it thanks116.93.120.231 (talk)11:43, 9 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]
It actually went up to 8th place for the year on July 12[1]. But unfortunately, Flixpatrol is not considered reliable; it is missing a lot of data. For example, several countries where The King Eternal Monarch made the Top 10 were only added to Flixpatrol database weeks after its finale aired. Who knows, with complete data, TKEM might have reached higher than 8th.Lizzydarcy2008 (talk)18:14, 9 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

@CherryPie94: Hi, I have pinged you here to discuss as per instruction onWikipedia:Neutral point of view/Noticeboard:Before you post to this page, you should already have tried to resolve the dispute on the article's talk page. This is regarding the following statement:GMA News Online termed it a "hit Netflix drama" due to its popularity overseas. Do you think, that this statement should be included in the lead section or in any part of the article? Don't you think it is bringingbias to the subject of the article. PerMOS:TVRECEPTION: we should preferably useglobal media outlets [...] major newspapers [...] major entertainment publications. Moreover this statement is contradicted by theSouth China Morning Post's articleK-drama The King: Eternal Monarch tanked on Netflix but who is to blame – stars Lee Min-ho and Kim Go-eun, or writer Kim Eun-sook?. The statement in present use gives anundue weight to the subject of the article.
I feel that the phrase"hit Netflix drama" can be interpreted as both critical and commercial success. If we want to stress on its international popularity, we can remove this puffery phrase. Please feel free to correct me if you think I am wrong. Thank you.-ink&fables«talk»06:33, 4 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
@-ink&fables: That statement was added because other editors were saying the page was biased and is not showing the "true success" of the series. If you think we should remove it, or move it to the reception section, I don't see an issue.CherryPie94 🍒🥧 (talk)11:20, 4 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
