On July 26th 2011, Paine was responsible for a collision between his car and a motorcycle seriously injuring the rider. the accident occurred outside The Pheasant public house at Shefford on the outskirts of Hungerford on the Oxfordshire/Berkshire border. Paine's insurers eventually admitted full liability for the accident, on Paine's behalf after reviewing the incontrovertible evidence from the police and independent witnesses.Paine is currently being sued for damages of between £50-100k.seiously— Precedingunsigned comment added by86.179.149.69 (talk)19:09, 25 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]
