I've seen it quoted elsewhere that it starts in 1907, including Clemson who I doubt was ever there. Is there a source for this? I cannot find the SAIAA existing before 1912.Cake (talk)20:58, 25 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

George Washington Colonials.DBFB starts in 1907.some book.2016 VA Tech media guide pg77, which I think is questionable perTalk:List of independent south atlantic football champions. And we haveList of South Atlantic Intercollegiate Athletic Association football standings from 1907 to 1921 years (circular argument). Interesting, and I certainly consider it may have last longer than 1921, like the SIAA did, but I doubt it was ever a black conference, or would have started in 1929. That's probably just another conference with the same name. That tends to happen. There are three distinct Dixie Conferences, for instance.Cake (talk)04:43, 26 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]
