• Oppose, I believeMOS:DUALNATIONALITIES applies for the first as "Sino" is a combining form. So either we goChina–Latin America relations orSino-Latin American relations.   "Sino-" is a combining prefix, and prefixes take a dash when the term they are combined with includes a space, perMOS:PREFIXDASH.
