Rose water, rose oil, and rose absolute are 3 different and distinct things.

Indeed, I suggest we split this article since it talks about the production of all three. I suggestRose absolute andRose otto and leave "Rose oil" as disambiguation since the term gets popularly used for both the steam distillation and the solvent extraction product. --Sjschen (talk)13:54, 3 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]
The first sentence of this article ("Rose oil, meaning either rose otto (attar of rose, attar of roses), is the essential oil extracted from the petals of various types of rose.") is grammatically incorrect.
