I have removed the para both for POV reasons and because it is unencylopedic in that it highlights one particular (admittedly important) political decision. The content might be justified (cleaned up for NPOV) if the article covered the major decisions of his term in office.Fat Red (talk)02:04, 26 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
