I believe this article could benefit from some a brief discussion of methods used to design and express tagged proteins. Also, I believe some protein tags only function when appended to a specific terminus, if so that information should be discussed as well.Hsa-mir-122 (talk)20:01, 30 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
