Hello fellow wikipedians, I want to say that Naktala is in Kolkata City/Kolkata Corporation/Kolkata Police Jurisdiction. But Naktala is in South 24 Parganas district, Not Kolkata district. Kolkata district is smaller than Kolkata City/Corporation/Police Jurisdiction area. Naktala falls under Tollyganj Assembly/ Vidhan Sabha. According to Election Commission of India Report (Check Reference link 1 & 2), Tollyganj Assembly is in South 24 Parganas. So, Naktala is in "Kolkata City" & "South 24 Parganas district".
