This article has nothing aboutHeart who were extremely popular worldwide, nor other Seattle-area bands that briefly broke out onto the national scene, such as TheDixon House Band. It's also in desperate need of cleanup as it's just one long, disjointed paragraph, so I added the cleanup tag.--Bamadude17:02, 8 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
There's no mention of The Gits as well. No mention of the movie Hype! either. How can a movie about the Seattle music scene not be mentioned in an article about the Seattle music scene?—Precedingunsigned comment added by208.66.146.189 (talk)21:50, 17 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Ok, I added a lot of Seattle music that I'm personally familiar with, and I'd like to see the "1995-present" section fill out with more styles of music, as long as it remains in proportion to the importance, influence, and popularity of the musicians in question - please observeWP:UNDUE and avoid giving undue weight to obscure bands or genres. Also, if someone could come along and provide some reference material for the last 10 years or so, that would be fantastic, as most of this is just out of my personal experience in the Seattle music scene and is not even close to properly sourced. --davigoli (talk)05:43, 24 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
