Asteroid 1853 McElroy was not named after Harvard's Michael McElroy orDouglas Boyd McElroy, who is probably me. It was named after WilliamDavid McElroy who was, of all things, a biologist at Johns Hopkins aroundthe time of discovery. I will update.Bigmac31 (talk)20:11, 26 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
