It looks from my search as though it's not the same thing as neurilemma. Epineurium is around a whole nerve[1][2][3], whereas neurilemma (at least usually) is around an individual axon[4][5] as described in the articleneurolemma.dsws04:52, 17 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]
