In addition to theboilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent withfair use.

Starting in December 2012, an anonymous user from telemach.ba haspretty much rewritten the article. This may or may not have been a good thing... --Joy [shallot] (talk)19:51, 19 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]
