I have been assuming that anyone with their own Wikipedia article is notable enough for this purpose. For anyone without an article some sort of threshold is indeed appropriate. I haven't addedJonathan A. Jones for obvious reasons.Jonathan A Jones (talk)15:46, 16 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
