I'm inclined to doubt that the avian paramyxoviruses 2-9 actually meet the criteria for a species listing. I will look into this further.DrMicro (talk)20:43, 13 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Unless I do not understand something, the group ofavian paramyxoviruses are precisely the members of the genusAvulavirus. Therefore, I propose to merge the articleAvian paramyxovirus with this article.
