the introductory paragraphy, which refers to the research/recommendations of an individual author (Cutliffe) needs to be re-written in the interest of objectivity-- unless Cutliffe is the pre-eminent authority on all things related to suicide risk assessment, in which case that needs to be stated. while this style of writing is considered appropriate in most kinds of academic writing, it is not appropriate for intro to enclyopedia article. • New term is completing suicide
• "imminent risk of suicide"?
• Instead of just stating "...intrusion into patients' civil liberties" it may be better to explain what is at risk of being taken away if the patient discloses imminent risk of suicide. This will be different for children as opposed to adults.
• reference number three is almost 30 years old and should be updated to include the most accurate and up to date information about suicide assessment.
• There is no explanation of why we should "abandon suicide risk assessment" other than it is "inaccurate". This should be expanded to include why and statistics about it being inaccurate.
• It is important to discuss the suicidal thoughts with the client and help keep them safe. The article leans in a direction that suicide assessment is not good and should be avoided.
• Citation 6 is not full
• "On a clinical and individual level the LOI is not practical" - this needs to have a citation following it. This seems like an opinion. Same with "suicidal people aren't rational..." this doesn't seem appropriate.
• There are several neurological statements in the article that don't have anything to do with the rest of the section. Please consider removing these (since they do not have a citation) or moving to another section of the article
• "the constant thread is depression and stress" citation is needed here
• "The more detailed and specific the suicide plan, the greater the level of risk" citation needed
• "Depressed people" - people who have a diagnosis of depression
• This article has a lot of issues with not using proper terms to not stigmatize people who suffer from a mental health disorder, bias in the introductory paragraph about suicide assessment, lack of appropriate citation, and random neurological information with no sources cited at all.

Additionally, I think that some of your section could use a significant amount of work such as: martial status, sexual orientation, suicidal ideation, motivation to die, reasons to live, and sex. You've clearly established a solid amount of detail for the remaining areas but these, in particular, might have a little more informative data behind them.
