The quality of the article is ok, so far, but I think it should be extended a bit. For example, I knew 2-Thiouracil from genetics,where it was sufficiently similar to Uracil, but still different due to the S atom rather than the -C=O group. So it may be useful to add how 2-Thiouracil was used historically in genetics as well; right now the article focuses on medical use only but sometimes it was used in research, as far as I understood it.
