Talbina, particularly its barley and honey components, is rich inantioxidants and contains a high concentration of tocols andtocotrienols, oils that help reduce the risk of cancer and heart disease.[2]. Barley has been cited as a possible food to increasetryptophan, and thusserotonin in the body.[3]
