Talamri (Arabic:تلعمري, also spelledTell Amri) is a town in centralSyria, administratively part of theHoms Governorate, located northeast ofHoms. According to theCentral Bureau of Statistics (CBS), Talamri had a population of 895 in the 2004 census.[1] The inhabitants of the village are ethnicCircassians from theAbzakh,Shapsugh,Kabardian andBzhedug tribes.[2]
