Tajimi Station (多治見駅,Tajimi-eki) is arailway station in the city ofTajimi,Gifu Prefecture,Japan, operated byCentral Japan Railway Company (JR Tōkai).
Tajimi Station is served by the JR TōkaiChūō Main Line, and is located 360.7 kilometers from the official starting point of the line atTokyo and 36.2 kilometers fromNagoya. It is also theterminal station for theTaita Line.
The station has one ground levelside platform and two ground-levelisland platforms, with an elevated station building located above the tracks and platforms. The station has aMidori no Madoguchi staffed ticket office.

Tajimi Station was opened on 25 July 1900. On 1 April 1987, it became part of JR Tōkai. A new station building was completed in November 2009.
In fiscal 2015, the station was used by an average of 13,688 passengers daily (boarding passengers only).[1]
