It is a remake of the 2011Malayalam filmSalt N' Pepper.[1] The film was released onZEE5 on 4 November 2022.[3]
Prakash Raj also starred in the Kannada, Tamil and Telugu versions of the film opposite Sneha which also features an original soundtrack byIlaiyaraja.[4][2] The film starsNana Patekar,Ali Fazal,[1]Shriya Saran andTapsee Pannu.[2] The film is based inGoa and it went on floor in May 2016.[1]
