TheTheban TombTT9 is located inDeir el-Medina, part of theTheban Necropolis, on the west bank of theNile, opposite toLuxor. It is the burial place of anancient Egyptian artisan (his exact title wasServant in the Place of Truth) named Amenmose, who lived during the20th Dynasty, during the reign ofRamesses III.[1]
Amenmose was aServant in the Place of Truth and a Charmer of Scorpions. His wife was named Tent-hom.[2]
