Syeda Mahpara Shahid Bukhari, known asSyeda Mahpara orMahpara Shahid (born 8 July 1993),[1] is a Pakistanifootballer. She is the goalkeeper of thePakistan women's national football team, and represents WAPDA at club level.

Club career

In January 2017, she, along with teammateZulfia Nazeer, signed up withDubai-based Rossoneri Football Club for IFA women's football league in theUAE.[2] They made their debuts againstArsenal Women Football Club in Dubai.[3][4]


International career

Mahpara was the first-ever goalkeeper ofPakistan women's national football team, making her debut in 2010 against India at theSouth Asian Games in Dhaka. She was a member of the national team which participated in thethird SAFF Women's Championship held Islamabad, Pakistan.[5] She played in all three games (vs.Sri Lanka,Nepal andBhutan) at that tournament.
