TheSwiss Rugby Federation (French:Fédération Suisse de RugbyItalian:Federazione Svizzera di RugbyGerman:Schweizerischer Rugby Verband)) is the national sports federation forrugby union and sevens rugby inSwitzerland. Founded in 1972, the association has around 50 clubs and 180 teams. It has represented Switzerland in theWorld Rugby Federation since 1988 and in the continental associationRugby Europe since 1974.

It currently runs the League A, League B, League C and League 1[1] national championships. The leading teams compete for the Swiss Cup in the League A, that for the 2012-2013 season is organized as follows :
