Sweat was a co-headlining concert tour by English singer-songwriterCharli XCX and Australian singer-songwriterTroye Sivan, in support of their albumsBrat (2024) andSomething to Give Each Other (2023), respectively. The tour began on 14 September 2024, inDetroit,Michigan, and concluded on 23 October 2024, inSeattle,Washington. English singer and DJShygirl served as the opening act.

Background

Charli XCX andTroye Sivan first collaborated in 2018 with their song "1999".[1] Due to the song's popularity, the duo would collaborate further, releasing "2099" the following year.[2]

Sivan released his third studio album,Something to Give Each Other, on 13 October 2023,[3] whileCharli XCX released her sixth studio albumBrat on 7 June 2024.[4] In the summer of 2024, both artists embarked on separate tours in support of the albums.[5][6] On 17 April 2024, the duo announced Sweat, a joint tour of North America.[7][8][9][10][11]

Starting December 27th, 2024, the tour's first show at theKIA Forum just outsideLos Angeles will be available for free on Meta'sMeta Horizon Worlds' Music Valley platform, both as aVR experience onMeta Quest devices and in a more traditional experience on browsers and the desktop and mobile apps ofHorizon Worlds.[12]

  • During the show in New York City,Addison Rae joined Charli and Troye onstage to perform "Diet Pepsi" and to perform her verse on the "Von Dutch" remix.Lorde joined Charli on stage to perform her verse on the "Girl, So Confusing" remix.[14]
  • During the first show in Inglewood,Kesha joined Charli onstage to perform "Tik Tok" and her verse on the "Spring Breakers" remix.Tate McRae joined Sivan to perform her verse on "You".[15]
