Susan District (Persian:بخش سوسن) is inIzeh County,Khuzestan province,Iran. Its capital is the village ofTorshak.[3]
After the 2006 National Census,Susan-e Gharbi andSusan-e Sharqi Rural Districts were separated from theCentral District in the formation of Susan District.[3]
At the time of the 2011 census, the district's population was 15,192 people in 2,919 households.[4] The 2016 census measured the population of the district as 12,953 inhabitants in 2,642 households.[2]
