Surmiran (Surmiran,Vallader,Sutsilvan,Rumantsch Grischun:surmiran;Puter:surmiraun) is a dialect of theRomansh language. It is spoken inSurmeir and in theAlbula Valley in theGrisons Canton, inSwitzerland.

Some authors have cultivated literature in Surmiran, notably the Capuchin monkAlexander Lozza.
