Suodenniemi is aformer municipality of southwesternFinland.
Suodenniemi was first consolidated intoVammala in 2007. On 1 January 2009, Vammala itself was consolidated withÄetsä andMouhijärvi to form the new namedtown ofSastamala.
Suodenniemi was located in westernPirkanmaaregion, and was part of the formerprovinces ofTurku and Pori Province (1917 to 1997) andWestern Finland Province (1997 to 2009).
