Udu Kumburage Sumith Udukumbura Weerasinghe (born 15 January 1975) is aSri Lankan politician andMember of Parliament.[1]

Udukumbura was born on 15 January 1975.[1] He was educated atSt. Anne's College, Kurunegala.[2] He was apolice officer.[2] In January 2010 his home attacked with hand bombs.[3] He is theSri Lanka Podujana Peramuna's organiser in Hiriyala.[2]

Udukumbura was a member of Ibbagamuwa Divisional Council.[2][4] He contested the2020 parliamentary election as aSri Lanka People's Freedom Allianceelectoral alliance candidate inKurunegala District and was elected to theParliament of Sri Lanka.[5][6][7]
