Sudabeh Mohafez (Persian:سودابه محافظ) born 1963 inTehran,Imperial State of Iran is a German author.
Sudabeh Mohafez studiedmusic,English studies andpedagogy.[1] She worked at variousNon-governmental organizations in the field of violence prevention.[1] After many years in Berlin and a few inLisbon, she now lives as a freelance writer inBaden-Württemberg.
Sudabeh Mohafez is author ofnarratives,novels, poems, portraits and theaterplays. She received several literary scholarships and theAdelbert von Chamisso Prize. She was Poetic lecturer at theRheinMain University of Applied Sciences. In January 2008, her literary blog[2] was awarded with the Isla-Volante Literature Prize,[3] while in May of the same year she won theMDR-Literaturpreis.[4]
