TheStjarnan women's football team is thewomen's football department of theUngmennafélagið Stjarnanmulti-sport club. It is based inGarðabær,Iceland, and currently plays in theBesta deild kvenna, the top-tier women's football league in Iceland.[1] The team plays its home games at the Samsung völlurinn located inGarðabær. The team's colors are blue and white.[1] Stjarnan has won the Icelandic championship four times and also theIcelandic Women's Cup in 2012, 2014[2][3] and 2015.
