Steve Sydness

American politician and businessman

Steven "Steve" Sydness (born c. 1956. died April 16, 2014) was an American politician and businessman. He was theRepublican Partynominee for one ofNorth Dakota's openUnited States Senate seats inthe 1992 election, and was the formerCEO of theEndurance International Group inMassachusetts.[1] Before running for The US Senate, he had helped foundGreat Plains Software in North Dakota,[2] and had served as city commissioner of Fargo.[3] He was a graduate ofPrincipia College in Elsah, IL andHarvard Business School in Cambridge, MA where he received his MBA in 1981.[4][2]
